Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy periods (such as new releases or tour dates), processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Michael Armstrong Merch is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
